The technical issues affecting our online enrollment forms have been resolved. Enrollment is now available, and families may complete the online forms.

2026-2027 School Year Enrollment!
Step 1 - Home District Registration:  Please register and provide proof of residency with your Home District according to the registration dates and times established by the district. Below are links to each Home District's website.
 
Note: Our Parent Portal is not connected to the Home District's Parent Portal and must be logged into separately. 

 

Step 2 - ECHO JA Enrollment:  Students who are new to ECHO Joint Agreement should select the New Student button. Please use the Returning Students button if your student has attended any of our programs before, even if they are going to a different program this year.

 

Step 3 - Fill Out Forms:  If you are enrolling a new student, you will receive an email from [email protected] with information for completing your forms in ECHO JA's PowerSchool Parent Portal. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Note: Before you begin enrolling your student, please note that the following three forms require a physician's signature. Obtaining these signatures in advance may help you complete the enrollment process more efficiently :
  • Physical Examination Form (required for students entering kindergarten, 6th grade, and 9th grade)
  • Medication and Treatment Authorization
  • PT (Physical Therapy), OT (Occupational Therapy), and Speech Therapy Authorization
