I am fortunate to be the Superintendent in a seventeen-member school district cooperative, that strongly values public education and offers special education services to member schools depending on each district's needs. ECHO Joint Agreement employs teachers, school psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and various consultants and aides as needed. ECHO provides special education services, professional development, and technical assistance in matters relating to special education.

Our community is committed to providing the best resources available to prepare our students for their future. The quality of the cooperative is complemented by a vibrant business community and our proximity to recreational and cultural opportunities. Our staff has a strong commitment to all students. A broad continuum of programs and services are available for the students of ECHO Joint Agreement.  Currently, over 1200 students benefit from these special services.  ECHO’s programs and service options are designed to meet the individual needs of eligible students from the ages of 0 through 22.

ECHO Joint Agreement is committed to continuous improvement through collaboration, and the use of data to develop and implement student assistance processes, assessment practices, instructional strategies, programs, and services to ensure learning for students with special needs.
