ECHO United coaches and Joint Agreement staff are once again stepping up for an exciting cause. For the second year in a row, the ECHO United Ice Breakers team will participate in the Special Olympics Polar Plunge to support and raise funds for Special Olympic athletes.
Staff, families, and the broader ECHO community are invited to join the team, donate, or come out to cheer on the plungers.
All proceeds benefit the amazing athletes of Special Olympics Illinois.
The Polar Plunge takes place on March 14, 2026, at the Braidwood Recreation Club, located at 33915 Illinois Route 53, Braidwood, IL. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m., with the plunge scheduled for 12:00 p.m.
